The Hugs from Hunter Foundation runs on the realization that the ones who are receiving the bears and blankets are the true heroes. From fighting for their lives to going through tragic situations, these children spend their days striving for happiness and an ease of mind. The Hugs from Hunter Foundation aims to help these heroes find a little peace of comfort in horrible situations. We were so fortunate to meet Olivia at the Brat Barn Event. She was given a Hugs From Hunter Foundation teddy bear and blanket when she was hospitalized Children's Miracle Network Hospitals at Gundersen Health System. She and her family stopped by for lunch and to say thank you. We usually don't get to meet the children we serve so we were especially thankful to meet a happy and healthy Olivia.
